Program Evaluation

  • Program evaluation is a systematic process of assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of a program or intervention. It involves collecting and analyzing data to determine whether the program is achieving its intended goals and objectives. Program evaluation can provide valuable insights into the strengths and weaknesses of a program, helping organizations make informed decisions about resource allocation, program design, and implementation strategies. By understanding the factors that contribute to a program's success or failure, program managers can make data-driven improvements to enhance the overall impact and sustainability of their initiatives.

Assessments of a program’s or institution’s design, implementation, improvement and outcomes are best accomplished using a systematic application of scientific methods. In many instances, program evaluation is necessary to justify current funding or to request additional funding. Other times it is an ethical responsibility for the program or institution to demonstrate the impact of participation for its clients. Conscientious administrations will also seek program evaluation to more effectively manage limited resources or improve the effectiveness of programs.

We have a proven track record working on the design and execute evaluation plans and tools using mixed-method approaches; assessment and survey development; focus groups & participant recruitment; key informant interviews & site visits; evaluation reports and recommendations for overall program quality improvement and sustainability.

We will also work with your organization to present findings and recommendations to leadership, community partners, scientific committee and/or external advisory boards.
